An ode to cheese
Posted on July 10th, 2004 4 commentsI’ve fallen in love with pepper jack cheese — so good! Give me some Wheat Thins (or in this case, Safeway Thin Wheat) and cheese and I’m happy.

I see your pepper jack on thin wheat, and raise it with Sonoma garlic pepper jack melted on a triscuit (excuse the dialog, I was playing poker with the guys all night. yawn!). Really good stuff. I’ve found the soy “faux three cheese flavor” product from Trader Joes surprisingly edible too.

hop on over to weebls-stuff.com and watch the latest video… it contains a billboard that sums up the situation quite accurately.

My favorite: a handfull of tortilla strips in a small plastic tray, sprinkled liberally with grated sharp American cheese, and microwaved for 1 minute. It helps to have a piece of parchment paper under the strips…makes it easy to get all of the melted cheese.

BLT from Subway with pickles, light on the mayo, and Pepper Jack cheese on Honey Oat. Yum…
