This is extraordinarily bad. I put in a call to the roofer. Crap, crap, crap.
Update: The roofer is coming on Tuesday to see where the water is coming in. I’m obviously going to have to cut out that portion of the wall to see how bad the damage is.
Update 2:: The roofers came out and found that the problem is the chimney, not the roof. The wood panels on the roof are warped, and water is getting in. On a normal house this would be easy to fix. On my house, it’s not, because it’s 40 feet off the ground. Not good.2 responses to “The Joys of Homeownership”

Well the picture isn’t THAT bad….and whats the roofer gonna do about it!
