  Funny you post this today, my friend just advised me to fill up because she said the prices were about to hit $3 here in Houston. I had not paid the least bit of attention. I guess you are my confirmation that I should go fill up my car.

  I get about 24 mpg here in the hills, and can get over 26 if I stay in the flatlands.

  Jeff,
  I can’t keep up with the price increases….:( Last time prices took off,Sen. Harry Reid(Dem.,Nv.) said he would do a congressional investigation into price gouging by the oil companies.
  I guess nothing came of it…:( So much for our politicos being in the hip pocket of “big oil”.
