Long distance fireworks

While normally I'm on top of such things, tonight I was startled by a distant rumbling. Then I realized -- tonight was the annual KFOG Kaboom fireworks show in San Francisco! Seeing how the fireworks were near the Ferry Building and I was comfortably seated at my desk in the Oakland Hills, it was time for Plan B.

So, I VERY quickly grabbed my EOS-20D, 70 - 200 F4L lens, and tripod, and headed up to Skyline Blvd for some very telephoto firework shots. Not my best work, but I still got to see most of the show.
