Chilled nuts
My car has been in for service for the last few days, and the Lexus dealer gave me a 2007 ES350 loaner. This car has a feature I've never experienced before: ventilated seats.
I don't know how it works exactly, but somehow cold air blows out of small holes perforating the leather. While a cooler seat sounds nice on a hot day, everyone who's been in my car has thought that the feeling is really uncomfortable. I suppose if you want to keep your "naughty bits" cool, then you might like this feature -- cause that's just what it does. But I found myself turning it off pretty quickly.

That would be pretty nice in the winter, as I assume you could heat the seats on a cold morning.
