Best Buy changing their ways?
I've written about Best Buy's in-store pickup service (or lack thereof) three different times. My first experience even ended up as the centerpiece of a Wall Street Journal story.
Now, they've thrown down the gauntlet -- they now guarantee that your order will be in your hands 1 minute after you give the employee your confirmation e-mail. If it's not, then you get a $10 credit on whatever you purchased. Since 2 of my 3 in-store pickup experiences have been a total disaster, I may have to take them up on this offer some time.
