46 hours in Vegas

I spent last Wednesday through Friday in Las Vegas for the annual Photo Marketing Association (PMA) show. When I wasn't in meetings, I was usually wandering around by myself, gambling, or sleeping. Yeah, not the most exciting trip.
The meetings themselves weren't terribly useful, though I realize now that showing up and shaking hands is more important than what I see at the meeting.
Anyhow, I've got some pics from around LV after the link.
My home in Vegas: The Wynn
I had a room in the Tower Suites... which was awesome. Amazing bed, big sofa, and a 42" LCD. My view was mediocre, though.
My desk:
There's another TV in the really nice bathroom:
They're here! This bizarre structure is at the Fashion Show Mall across the street
The Palazzo is a new hotel next to the Venetian:
Venice has never looked so cheesy:
The Bellagio is all done-up for Chinese New Year. Year of the Rat!
Ahh, Paris...
This hotel was a little weird (it's still half Aladdin inside) but the sign is super cool:
Proof that I actually did go to PMA:
This lens is insane... F2.8, 200-500 mm, will cost between $20k and $30k:
That's all folks. I think I brought a cold back from Vegas with me. Bah.

Man, I'd love to walk that convention floor although I'd probably just be overwhelmed with the amount of gear. I know this isn't exactly your favorite thing, but I'm glad that you went and made those ties vital to keeping your site (my favorite review site) running.
And year of the rat?!? That's me! I'm a rat. Er... well my Chinese zodiac is the right. Maybe that is a sign that things are going to go well this year.
