Happy Birthday Flame!

Today is Flame's 1st birthday! I didn't actually get him until he was 15 weeks old, but how can I forget those days?

Flame has grown up into a normal-sized cat, and is a large more "orange" than when I got him:

He's definitely still a kitten at heart, though. He loves to play and cause trouble. At the same time, he is the most loving, gentle cat I've ever cat. Flame loves to sit in your lap, loves belly rubs, and has a great purr. Even Zoe likes him -- well, most of the time.

Wow, his facial markings have really darkened over time. He's still one of the most beautiful cats I've seen. Happy Birthday, Flame!!

Happy Birthday Flame! Such a pretty kitty. I remember your anxiety in the first few weeks when he was constantly fighting with Zoe. I'm so glad that they have settled down. I love hearing about your crazy cats, because mine is just as nuts. :-)
