Sunshine Plaza (Noon)
I'm not sure of the official name of the "sun" here, but it's kind
of the "castle" of DCA. They have mirrors that face the sun, which
keep light reflecting off it at all times of day. Below it you'll find a cool
wave that moves around and does various tricks.
