The original Power machines, the Power 100 and 120 are based on the Cold Fusion logic board.

Who Makes them?

You don't have much of a choice here (but be thankful you can do something!) -- it's Newer Technologies or nothing!

MAXpowr G3 7100/8100 210/105/512k - This card retails for $549, and Macbench's about 650.
MAXpowr G3 7100/8100 240/160/1Mb - This card retails for $649, and Macbench's about 875.

These are hard to come by! If you can get one, be sure to get the one without the video passthrough cable.
